These guys ordered the wrong j-channel. It was too small. They tried to squeeze it in anyways. Then wanted more money to fix it. I agreed and they still didn?t show back up. Won?t refund my money. Won?t accept my certified letters. Won?t respond to Kentucky attorney general?s office. They shouldn?t be in business. I left pics on google and yelp reviews. Crooks.

The best thing I did or happened was text That way I had a record of the conversation. The rep asked if I had the measurements and I gave him the number that the insurance gave me. He then told me he did an eagle view ( every what that is). Gave me a price I thought about it and agreed to let them do the work. He came by and had a hand written estimate of what they would do. Paid him half upfront. 2 days go by he texted me saying the numbers are wrong?? He went off the measurement I gave him. The he tells me they are 8 yrs short, and thatâ s $3000 more? Needless to say I was pissed. After going back and forth I agreed to pay another $1300. He had told us it would only take1 day to do the job. It took 4! After they stomped all the flowers down I finally just cut the off at the ground. Had 2 different crews here. But I will say the last crew did go by to work ad got it done. In a day and half. But they broke my sprinkler system by standing on it. So Iâ m have to have it fixed now. The rep promised he would be here when they started and he would make a final inspection after they were done. He has not come back any. I asked for a print out of what they did when the office lady came by to pick up the check. She called the rep and he said he would email it to me?? ( which he emailed the hand written copy I signed with a photo of the checks all the numbers had been scratched through and replaced with the new ones . Just a sloppy way to do business.). I was told I would get a bundle of shingles to have in case something happens. Well that hasnâ t happened either. They promise to inspect the roof every year. I told my wife you know thatâ s not going to happen either. The worst thing was my neighbors were asking what are they doing ? Not good for their business. After I got the Forman of the crew he did direct them to fix the missing vent they left off and fix the area that freezes. All and all if I hadnâ t been here itâ s hard to tell how much they would not done or just covered up. I look around at all the homes putting on new roofs and how much nicer and smoother they were. They do not communicate on arrival time, they do not communicate any problems or additional work, they have a problem when the customer has questions regarding the project nor do they accept feedback from customers. They do not put the effort to complete a project and they do not honor their initial contract, that they will revise or write a new contract that is exponentially higher. They anticipate the customer to accommodate their needs for moving things like boxes or cabinets that are in their way
