Window Depot USA of Lower NY

The most unprofessional, incompetent, and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. The first window that was screwed in was not level. My father said "The window is not level." The worker kept screwing in the window. My father again said "Sir did you hear me, the window is not level. Do you have a leveler?" The worker responded, "Do you want to do this job?" The other worker then brought a leveler. A little later, I asked if one of the windows had a scratch on it. The worker said, ?I don?t clean windows.? The workers then discover that the wrong windows were ordered for the bedroom and bathroom. Three weeks later a worker comes to re-install the bathroom and bedroom windows. One of the windows was missing a latch and the workmanship was very sloppy as he was working out of his trunk to fix the windows. When I called the boss and told him about my experiences he said he would "take me out to sort this all out." Absolutely appalled by this company and its staff.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Jeff at Window Depot USA. He helped us design and select cabinets for our extensive remodel in Valley stream, including kitchen, laundry room, and two baths. The quality of the measure-up and plan was top-notch, helping us catch potential problems that we had previously missed. Jeff made helpful suggestions that we would not have thought of ourselves. The cabinets are beautiful -- really high quality, and they answered questions every step along the way. Highly recommended!

The sales rep was very informative. The installers were very neat and clean. The job was completed when we were told it would be and the price was right in our buget

Was able to buy triple pane windows from Window Depot USA for the price of double pane windows from Window World. My windows are awesome and so warm, Thank Window Depot USA!!!!!!
