I called in the morning, and Roy scheduled an appointment for later that same day. Bobby was very proficient and repaired my shade. I then asked if he could look at another shade that had an issue. He also repaired it. Good quality work!

We love our Hunter Douglas shades! After reviewing the Powerview shades in shop, we definitely had to go with the electric shades. Install was quick and easy. They taught us everything we needed to know for setting up the shades on our phones and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend shopping with Window Fashion & Decor!

They were great to work with. They pointed out some things we hadn't considered. They also showed where previous installers had cut corners. We had several other quotes but these were the best. Really fantastic experience, highly recommend!

Roy was very easy to work with and our shades arrived in the time promised (weeks sooner than other window covering companies promised). Bobby did a great job with the install too. When we are ready to replace our other window coverings we will definitely be calling Roy.
