Both representatives from the companies were very informative and helpful. My rep from Window Experts was actually Mike Mosby and he was very helpful and returned my calls promptly. This whole process worked out great, I loved being able to go to one website and have service companies call ME.

Highly recommend the Northeast branch of Jeff's company. Steve Franson was very pleasant to deal with, thoroughly answered all questions and accomodated our schedule. The two men who installed the window tinting were courteous, neat, and once again very pleasant individuals. The window tinting was applied to storm windows and it looks great (i.e. can't even tell the treatment has been applied!!)!!

3M was fabulous. The sales rep and installers were very knowledgable about their products. They were also very prompt in all communications(from initial contact through follow-up after the installation. They showed up at the times scheduled. So far, we are very pleased

I am setting up the appointment to have my windows done tomorrow. I would rather wait to comment at the end of installation. I expect that this project will be complete by the end of the first week in Novemeber. Can you please send this to me then and I will be happy to answer. Because the tint was applied on a cloudy day, I have not had the opportunity to see how good it works. Also, I called Window Expert back about some puckering. They advised to give it 30 days and they will repair if they are still present.
