It is rare that you receive the level of service and honesty that I experienced with Window Gang. I scheduled a chimney inspection/cleaning and a clean out of the lint vent. Ryan and Bobby were on time and very professional. The initial assessment was that my chimney looked great and I was not charged for that assessment. However, these two great guys should have charged me extra for the cleanout of the lint vent!! We have lived in this house for nine years and, I am embarrassed to say, have never had the vent cleaned. Turns out, neither did the people we bought the house from - the ORIGINAL 1979 OWNERS!!! O.M.G. is insufficient to describe the amount of lint trapped since 1979. I am scheduled for a three-year reminder call to schedule for the fireplace and lint vent. However, there are other services performed by Window Gang that I will schedule in the coming months. THIS is the company to call!
