We had hired another contractor, and he called 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and cancelled. We then called Window Genie and they did they did the job the same day and did an excellent job.

They came on the same day I contacted them to give me a quote. I set up an appointment and they showed up on time. My windows are beautiful as well as the screens and tracks. I will definately call them again.

Very prompt response and reasonably priced. Scheduling the work was very easy given I live in California but still own a home in Michigan. Mike promptly responded to all emails and calls and provided the information I needed to feel comfortable scheduling this work from so far away. I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this company for tinting. Mike was extremely professional, came out to my house and went through all the different shades and types of tint for my particular application. Work was done quickly, professionally, and very high quality!

The owner of the company was very courteous and professional. He addressed all of my questions/concerns before he came out. They were timely, actually getting the job done before it was supposed to be! Definitely will use them again. A really good experience.
