The receptionist explained the process from the time the technician would arrive, what to expect when they got here and payment options. I have never had my home powered washed. This company was very professional. They explained their process, asked me to inspect my home after they were finished and was very courteous throughout the whole process. I did receive a call from the owner explaining the technicians would be late due to another customer they were trying to collect payment from. I thought that was very courteous and respectfully that they would keep me informed about not making the scheduled appointment on time. These guys did an awesome job and I will be using them again.

The receptionist was a bit rude and quick to speak without hearing the customer point thoroughly. The individual that came out contacted me as well as my realtor in order to ensure good communication for payment.
