They cleaned my half moon on two windows l thought they were cleaning the whole windows. I reread the bid after the work it was my error I didn't catch the wording.They put window tent on one of my half moon the first piece he put up he couldn't get get it to separate so he cut a new piece. I didn't think much about it.the second piece he separated be for in stall well when the sun on it there's all these scratches looks terrible

Window Genie was prompt with an estimate for services and scheduling the service. Window Genie employees were professional and they did an excellent job on soft washing our home and window washing. They gave price on email $30 Less than they charged. I paid it because I was happy with how clean the house looked after they finished. They did kill a few plants and did not do my walk or steps.

Gutters were not completely cleaned out. One screen left off in the yard and a second screen left hanging and then fell.

Super fast service with minimal input and good communication. The only ding I gave quality was for the window cleaning, which was a little streaky and required some touch-up. However I was pleased with the price which was included with the soffit and gutter cleaning I really hired them for.

They discovered the duct was not connected to the dryer. I didn't know, can't get behind dryer. Cleared all trash that had fallen behind the dryer.

Window genie came out quickly. The 2 technicians were professional yet very personable. This was a dryer vent cleaning that vents through the roof. They not only cleaned it out from behind the dryer(as past cleanings by another company) but also went into the attic and cleaned all the way to the roof line which required them to take the tubing apart. Needless to say the tubing was so impacted we were a fire waiting to happen. Thank you Window Genie for a job well done. For sure we will call on you again for other home projects. Carol Ralson

Spoke to the owner Michael about scratches on the windows after the work was completed... He was a REAL JERK about it... His first response was that he's been doing the work for 25 yrs, that his crew was NOT responsible for the scratches,the house was probably built with window defects, the customer is wrong 99% of the time, always wanting something for free, that my check was no good because I probably didn't have a penny in bank... He kept ranting on as if he was demented... It's probably best NOT to engage this individual for any reason.
