From Dan Diggs, owner of Window Genie: I was born in Baltimore and raised in Kensington but have been a lower Montgomery County resident for over 40 years. I love this town I call home and am passionate about being involved in the community, giving back and serving the people here with integrity and honesty. I have loved working in the Bethesda area for over twenty five years and couldnt imagine starting a business anywhere else. I want Window Genie of Bethesda to be a "household" name which people identify with and consider a model for great service, fair pricing and unquestionable reliability.

Good communication! We had to change the schedule 3 times due to weather. They were on top of it. They cleaned 6 skylights for me and did a good job. Will use them again!

They arrived as promised and finished the job efficiently. Their system for the outside of the windows worked very well. They wore the appropriate protective gear. The inside man was quite nice and worked well. Our windows sparkled when they were done. The price was as quoted.

Dan Diggs responded promptly to my request for an estimate, he provided me samples and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, and his installation crew was professional, polite, and quick. My windows look wonderful and I am so happy with how I was treated. I wish all service companies were as good as Window Genie!
