Some old plastic vents were brittle and broke during home pressure washing. The employee called me to advise of the situation and told me they would replace the vents. I was very appreciative of that concern and communication.

On time, professional, courteous, and respectful of keeping our house clean. We had a small window which there was a minimum charge ($120). Pretty expensive for the 45" X 22" window. But pleased.
