Scott, the owner, was very personable, came over and took the time with me to discuss my project & needs before I hired Window Genie. The work was scheduled very quickly and the workers came on time. When I called after the work was done, thinking a screen was missing, Scott was very understanding and offered to come by to see what he could do. I subsequently found the screen, which I had misplaced. My error! The cost of the project was very fair and I will use them next season to clean windows and screens. I will also recommend them to my neighbor, who is paying far too much for the same work. At my direction, the workers removed but did not replace screens with holes; I plan to buy new ones. The only hitch in the entire project is a screen was removed from a bedroom for cleaning and afterward mistakenly placed in a dressing area window where a worker removed a screen that was bent. I told him I planned to get a new screen for that window. When the clean bedroom screen got placed in the dressing area window, it leaves the bedroom window without a screen until I get a new one. I think workers could better communicate with each other during these projects, Also, I should have checked all the windows and screens before the workers left. But on the whole, I will hire this company for window cleaning again.
