Had outdoor lighting installed on front of our home. Patient and persistent would be the words I would use for the installers. They would have been done in half a day if I would have had the correct password for our router. Equipment was installed in 3 hours. Russ returned later in the week to help me solve the issue with connecting the app to our router. He would not leave until everything worked correctly. Very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend their work!
