Window certification stickers were not applied after the job was completed. The job was paid for in full and now another trip is necessary to â completeâ the job.

Window Genie of Raleigh did an awesome job cleaning the exterior of my windows. I followed up cleaning the inside of the windows and found they have cleaned the outside 100%.

The first appointment was a no show I had to call to find out and reschedule the 2nd appointment was canceled . The 3rd appointment he did come clean the gutters wasn't here even an hour and left all the debris from the gutters on my back deck didn't clean it up. I also asked about a gutter I wanted to know if it had damage on it and wasn't given that information as well. There are more companies out there that will do a much better job.

On time, had the material I wanted to use, installer was professional and courteous, pleased with the job he did. I would recommend them to anyone. I have used Window Genie at my former home and was very satisfied.

Window Genie responded same day to my request for information, franchise owner came to review the windows provided quote, and I agreed. Follow up was not the same experience so my confidence in this company as window cleaning professionals dropped with each step after that. I scheduled time off work to be present at the house for the indoor work and WG team of one person arrived almost 1 hour late, with no explanation for delay. The house has some high windows so I was also surprised that there was just one man and not the 2 people as stated in email and photos especially for the security of the ladder while one man was on it. The ladder slipped on our hardwood floor while he was high up and my heart stopped at what was about to happen. With great difficulty I put my feet at the base of the ladder (I have a hip mobility handicap) and thank God I was there at that time and so the man was not injured. This was proof of the inadequacy of sending one man for a 2 man job, as promised. I supplied my own product for one of the windows which had a sort of splash on the outside and as window professionals I was really disappointed that they were leaving that window had I not supplied my product. I discovered some windows were missed so unfortunately, I would not recommend this company as a professional window cleaning company plus losing work time.

The technician was in a hurry and cut corners and missed a window and didn't clean the window sills. When I asked about the screens he told me how they cleaned them, but didn't mention that it wasn't part of the quote they gave me. The next day I called to ask about it and the owner told me it wasn't included. The owner came to inspect the finished project and was kind enough to clean the window that wasn't touched and to clean the window sills that were not cleaned the day before. The owner tried to make things right, but when I asked him to clean the screens and I would pay the extra, he said it wasn't a good idea to do them before spring because of the pollen. One week after the windows were cleaned we had a storm and all of our windows are dirty now because of the dirty screens. It would have been worth paying $30 more to clean the screens properly and our windows would still look good a week later.

They had some difficulty rounding up a crew to do our work on the day scheduled and this was after having to reschedule because one of their guys was stung by a bee the week prior. Gutters were supposedly cleaned out and when we had rain a few days later we had water pouring over our gutters because the downspouts were clogged. Windows were definitely cleaner than where we started but we're NOT streak free and 2 windows were completely missed on the outside. Won't use them again.

The owner is very responsive and easy to work with in every regard. We appreciated that they were able to come out to the house to wash the windows in the time-frame we requested. The service techs were professional and did a good job. We intend to schedule them for quarterly window washing service as well as leaf removal from our gutters in the fall. Highly recommend!
