Granted, my arm is broken and surgeries have lasted a year, with more coming. Had the outside windows done and I can say they were a dirty mess. It was the job from hell. However, the screens and windows were haphazardly cleaned and the frame work between the window and screen is still caked in brown dirt. I was under the impression from the description of services rendered that this would be cleaned too. I should have waited until I was healed and did it myself. Rewashed the ground windows and found damage to the sunscreens where there had not been any damage. Thanks for the extra repair work - never again. Use one of the other services.

It has been three months since the service was originally completed, so it will be a little hard to tell where we missed. customer Rep came out to my house on time as promised . they were polite, clean and courteous. explained how they were going to do the job and went and performed the project. they cleaned up and left my house beter than it was when they arrived . i would refer them tp anyone looking for a good window cleaning contractor .

2 bathroom windows are not cleaned well(dirty smears) missed one bedroom, but did it after I pointed out, Wasn't aware that cleaning tracks or screens was extra. The tracks for the sliding doors still look dirty, they were vacuumed but not wiped. Both young men were very curtious. Their work ethic was excellent, I think the bright sunlight at this time of day could account for the missed places on windows. It would also be helpful if the various prices were listed at website. A senior on fixed income like me always has to research prices before hiring. wasn't aware sliding doors count as 2 windows or that wiping out window tracks was extra, or that window screens were extra. I got rescheduled 2 times by owner after placing request shown as open /available by home advisor. 137.00 divided by 2 workers =68.50 each, not bad for 1 1/2 hrs work and minimal amt of equipment or product used. I'm not mad just makes me realize more and more that I wasn't paid enough as a nurse with college degree, before I retired.

The window genie team showed up on time and were very prompt with their work. They cleaned all windows, screens, interior mirrors and master shower enclosure. Great job! It was nice looking out the windows Sunday morning as the sun came up. The team also removed the cobwebs on my stucco. Defiantly would recommend.
