Window & Glass Pros

All staff Window and Glass pros, especially Brian who worked on our large window, were knowledgeable, friendly, and safe while fixing our broken window in a timely matter! Nothing but praise for this company! The window looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend!

Window and Glass Pros 1) The windows were installed without sealing the windows (to the wall) therefore we have open gaps. They should have put in the foam where the window gapped with the wall. 2) Window and Glass Pros Only replaced three of the four windows we paid for. 3) We have called Window and Glass Pros several times and have been promised a remedy to the installed window and that they would complete the job. We are then assured that everything will be taken care of, but never hear from them again. Very frustrating experience. I do not like leaving anything but positive reviews... however, I am going to have to go to the Better Business Bureau with these folks and you should be aware.

ABSOLUTELY recommend this company! Not only were they courteous on the phone, but they actually listened to my situation and had solutions for me every step of the way. I had a break-in happen on a sliding glass door with less than a week to closing on a house I was selling. These guys were friendly, and extremely quick at responding and planning. After hearing my urgency, they quickly sent a team out to help make my house secure again. No other company was even willing to come look at the door for over a week. To the people I talked to at the company: thank you! I will be recommending you to all my friends in the area still. No rating can be high enough!

Great communication with scheduling and arrival. Installation was fast!

They dealt with a complex problem, the custom mirrors had became tarnished and they did a fantastic job with taking it apart and putting everything back together. They also fixed some splash doors. We couldn't have asked for a better service.

They charged us 1/2 up front for 3 double pane window replacement. We had to WAIT 3 WEEKS to hear back from them; this is poor customer service. The technician Kyle did a great job. We asked him to give us an estimate for 3 more windows to replace. The same day, Stephanie called us. We thought she was inquiring about the quality of the work, no she was only trying to close the sale. Poor timing in both cases.

Good on first property so i used them on my second property.
