Windows Imaginations is an excellent company. Jimmy is extremely courteous and professional. During the initial evaluation phase, he suggested the types of mount and blinds (Top-Down-Bottom-Up) that would look the best for each room/window. He communicated with us throughout the ordering process and was flexible on the installation. He was also very patient throughout the installation and made sure we were happy with the product. There were 2 shades that were broken or poor condition (manufacturing defect). Jimmy took care of everything and came back to replace the blinds. Overall, I am very happy with his service and would definitely hire him again.

The price was very reasonable, and I have peace of mind that I will have them for a long time due their quality. They are also low maintenance, since I just have to lightly wipe them with a duster and I'm done. They make a beautiful addition to my new apartment. I would definitely recommend Jimmy to anyone I know.

The contractor they sent for my job was exceptional.

Jimmy called me immediately after i posted the request and came within 3 days to measure and give us options. we needed 2 shades for skylight windows, but we also asked about a few other windows. He could have sold those shades, but instead he measured the windows and told us we did not need him for those - we could buy and install them ourselves. The skylight cellular shades with remote closing and opening have been installed as of this morning - clean and neat and they look great. No hassle, nice young man - I recommend him without reservation

Jimmy did an excellent job and gave my wife and I different choices in Blinds for our large window. We decided on the honeycomb style.. He spent a lot of time to make sure that everything was properly installed and explained how to keep the blinds in peak condition. I highly recommend this company.
