He did what he said! He showed up on ON-TIME, gave us very accurate explanation & recommendation, fixed our problem right away! The solid and kind service. We will definitely hire him for next chance.

Windows Imaginations is an excellent company. Jimmy is extremely courteous and professional. During the initial evaluation phase, he suggested the types of mount and blinds (Top-Down-Bottom-Up) that would look the best for each room/window. He communicated with us throughout the ordering process and was flexible on the installation. He was also very patient throughout the installation and made sure we were happy with the product. There were 2 shades that were broken or poor condition (manufacturing defect). Jimmy took care of everything and came back to replace the blinds. Overall, I am very happy with his service and would definitely hire him again.

Window Imaginations did a great job. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and respectful. Job was completed in a timely manor. Jimmy also has excellent customer service skills. Communication and follow up was outstanding.

Working with Jimmy was a pleasure, both when he came with samples and to measure and when he came to install the blinds. He is a perfectionist, neat and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Jimmy was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. I read all the reviews on Home Advisor prior to meeting with him, and he was exactly as everyone described him. I liked his professionalism, his honesty and his genuineness. I hired him without any reservations, and I am so glad that I did. Jimmy did everything he said he would do, and was always prompt. He explained everything, and stressed he would always be available if I had any problems or questions in the future. The fact that this is a family owned business speaks volumes. They definitely take pride in their work, and highly value their customers. I absolutely love the Hunter Douglas wood blinds that I chose. The price was very reasonable, and I have peace of mind that I will have them for a long time due their quality. They are also low maintenance, since I just have to lightly wipe them with a duster and I'm done. They make a beautiful addition to my new apartment. I would definitely recommend Jimmy to anyone I know.

This company is great. They are professional, courteous, and honest. They also have that family-run business feel. The installation was quick and the windows look beautiful.
