Delayed the job because of lack of parts. Didn't inform me they wanted a deposit before ordering parts, causing more delay. Very rough workmanship with damage to surrounding window moldings. Upon second trip told me the work couldn't be done due to existence of blinds and security system (after having paid for the parts). Required me to remove security alarm features. Scratched paint and gouged window sill from rough work and no protective sheets or pads. Didn't clean up debris on floor and carpet at completion. High price just to do a 15 minute job. Wouldn't recommend.
