They kept us apprised of a delay from the manufacturer and did a great job installing it. It looks great and works well. We're still waiting for a replacement piece for something that was damaged and a winter cover on backorder. No complaints.

Was hired to tie back sides of awnings and to replace 1 awning. the replacement of the awning was repaired and so far is holding up. when they came to rehang repaired awningI I had asked them to retie the awnings that came loose on the sides due to the wind. Apparently he thought it was the awning on the first floor. I could not see what he had done but since he was here I have had to replace 4 ties on the the windows. ties were done sloppy and one window had been tied at one time with string, but he did not replace with a tie. Would not have them again

Blake Cramer came to my house yesterday and reviiewed our options. I chose to replace my awning fabric. Blake was professional explaining my options. I felt very comfortable with him and his company. The fabric has been ordered and installation will take place in 3 weeks. In addition, his company also sells and services Hunter Douglas shades and blinds. My wife asked him to quote cleaning our blinds. He took measurements and got back to us in 24 hours with a price that was 50% of a previous contractor. We gave him the go ahead and the work will be scheduled shortly. Update. The work was completed as promised. We are very happy with the resul

My only concern was the time frame. The blinds had to be custom ordered, just like another company I hired to do another window. Their blinds were customed ordered too, but they came in much faster and now are installed on my window, even after a monetary mistake while I'm still waiting for these blinds to be installed..
