Very Happy w/ Window Pros of Texas! - Good value - Clean Installation - Nice, knowledgeable Guys Only opportunity I saw for improvement was they need to use window cleaning tools when finished with installation. I have some very high windows that are difficult to clean and after installing I can see hand prints and smears on the glass. I had to pull out my tall ladder, water bucket and squeegee to get that “brand new” look. Other than that... GREAT JOB!

They are the best! From my sales person, Joe Billings, to the entire crew, the service was great. Most respectful and helpful team that I have worked with in a long time. I got locked out of my home and Joe stayed with me and actually got me back into the house. Jason came over the next day and took care of a window and door that that the person opening the lock messed up. He also replaced the glass in my front door at no cost and it looks great. I highly recommend. Windows are great quality and look great!

The guys from Window Pros were all good people. They showed up when expected, and did an excellent job installing our new windows. There was a glitch with one window, a stain between the panes of glass, but a new window was brought out to replace it in short order. We will use Widow Pros for all our window needs.

These guys are without doubt the best folks Iâ ve hired in over three years to do work on my home. They do what they say they will. They are timely, honest, courteous and thorough. I have temp checked my new windows and can honestly say, weâ re looking forward to see how low our electric bill will be next month. We had a great experience with this company. From the salesperson to the installers, all did a great job. The other windows in our home are either Anderson or Pella. The Window Pro quality is as good or better for much less cost.

The windows are beautiful. The installers knew their business & were friendly. They were on time and finished within the time frame they promised. Their cleanup was good - found a few shards of glass in the carpet after they left. I would definitely recommend them.

The windows look great and service was excellent. I had very unusual antique windows to be replaced and they did a great job dealing with an out of the ordinary situation. They also did a great job cleaning up after the job.

After years of wanting to replace windows, I finally pulled the trigger and hired Window Pros of Texas to replace 16 floor to ceiling windows. I'm glad I did and will be using them to replace the remaining windows. Incredible service, starting with Joe in Sales. I can't say enough for the crew, from Bob the owner and the rest. The windows are exceptional quality and they are extremely professional and courteous. Not only can I see much better, thereâ s been a noticeable difference with temperature regulation in the house. No more hot zones in the Texas heat, even for a west facing lake front home!

Very easy to work with. No nonsense or BS. As an engineer, I do my research, and when looking at replacement windows, examined all the different choices. When Joe Billings came out, I told him I was looking at multiple companies with different products to get educated, and would base my decision on five things. (1) Product (what makes it good/different) (2) warranty (3) company reputation (4) responsiveness of sales rep and (5) price; all of which would results in a value rating. Joe had no problem with this, explained to me what I wanted to know, and provided a price (which in comparison was a good price). In contrast, there was another well know window brand, who's rep refused to even talk about the job or provide pricing when he found out both I and my wife were not home and would not be signing a contract that day. (Something I had already told them on the phone when setting the appointment). They (reminded me of the movie Tin Men with Danny DiVito). The unique thing Window Pros windows are the double frame with a thermal break which addresses the most common fault cited with aluminum frames; thermal transfer through the frame. The closer on this window type was the TV show "off the grid" where a family building a home in Alaska was talking about the high performance special order windows they decided to use, which were made using a thermal break sandwiched between two aluminum frames. I even visited the local warehouse of the window manufacturer to check them out, as well as the reputation of Window Pros as a sales and service organization. The knew and spoke very highly of Joe. When I asked the other sales reps I talked to about this window manufacturer, the general response was they make a great window. In the end the only other option I considered viable of all window types was a vinyl clad aluminum window which was also hurricane rated. While a nice window option, it also carried about a 30% premium cost over Window Pro's windows. This wasn't worth the added costs to me. Window Pro's delivered as promised, were very professional, cleaned everything up, and everything went without incident. Bottom line, if you are looking for replacement windows, I recommend Window Pros of Texas.
