Russel came out and quoted the job at a reasonable price. In the day we arranged, his guys did come out and repair the windows but when I looked at the job, they did not repair all the rotten spots. I tried to contact Russel by phone and he would never answer, left a test message and he never answered. Finally, I texted saying I was going to leave a poor review on BBB and then he responded. We set up a day for a worker to come back and he said he would get back with me about a time, that never happened. The day before the scheduled day, I texted to get a time and he just said it would be in the morning. I watched this repair and all they do is dig out some rotten wood and wood putty over it. This does not seem like a great way to repair things, I will do it next time. I would not use these guys again.

They were here in a timely manner and got the job done quick.

The quality of the work was outstanding. It was a difficult job, they stayed as long as it took to get the job done. If more work is needed I know who to call.

He was very thorough, took time to check every thing to make sure the work was done according our understanding. Before he gave a quote, they check every window from inside and outside to define what need to be done. At the end, the work was done within the original quotation, except when we asked for additional items.

They arrived on time and the job was done well. They warranty their work for three years and the paint for one year.
