I ordered custom windows in March 2025 and the company still has not installed the windows and refused to return my deposit. Andrii Gurskyi, CEO has stopped responding. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM

Window Repair NYC is NOT a trustworthy company to do business with. I entered into a contract with a 50% down payment to replace windows in my home in July 2020. They made several no-show appointments for installation, and its almost a year now and I have no windows installed. Calling their office is a waste of time; the staff never knows the status of my project. Andrii, the CEO, kept making excuses and blaming the supplier. He is now hiding from me, blocks my calls, and I am fighting to get my deposit back. Stay away from this company!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, if they are even a company. I entered into a contract with this company to install 5 windows around June 8. After measuring up, Andrii the CEO called and gave me a quote. I paid 50% upfront as to what his demands were. It is now end of July, I do not have my windows installed and I do not have my refund. I get a constant merry go round from him. Hire this company at your own peril. You have been warned!

List of problems with Windowrepairnyc 17-18. did not follow my dirs to call the building super to find out what the covid19 regs were for contractors Arrived 2 hours late did not set up a safety zone on the sidewalk as required by the city. Made the Super very angry for not having set up a sidewalk safety zone with a man to direct people Left the building at 11:00 to purchase reflective tape to mark the zone, returned @ 2:00 PM with the tape although there are 5 hardwire stores in a five-block distance from the building. Did not have the window removed by 3:30 when all work is stopped in the building Had not ordered the new fixtures to replace the dysfunctional fixtures on the 5 crank out casement windows which was the next job on the contract I had no plan for finishing the job.Made an apt. for 10:00 18 June and never shoed up. Called the company who wanted to send someone but it was too close to 3:00 to bother and told them that they were fired I fired them with an email notice 18 June 5:40 as well.

I ordered window screens and they never delivered. They took my payment.

I ordered screens for 2 windows and 2 sliding doors. They promised delivery and installation in one week, then when I called on the scheduled day of delivery they said that the screens were not ready and would be an extra 2 days. Then 2 days later they called to say it would be another week. I only use companies that can deliver what they promise, so I canceled the order.

I contacted them, they sent two guys to measure my door. After they said they will send the estimate price offer by email. Never happened! Called them next day, they didn?t even know about me , they promised again the manager would call me back , never called. Next day I called them Again!!, they said the same.... and of course nobody contact me back ever. So upset and disappointed, even knowing people were in my house and who knows who were they. Definitely no recommendations from me. No one ever came to install our screen after the fifth attempt, this is also after the second measurement of the screens.

This company was wonderful. The only little issue I had was that they had a minimum cost for coming out to do a job, so I had to pay more for a job that cost less. But the cost was still worth it, because the repair guy was very nice, and the simple task took just a bit longer than expected. I would definitely use them again.

The project was top shelf! The appointment was met on time and well met. Allowing for dialogue to estimate cost and time. I learned there are "pieces" to a window and how the layers affect not only appearance but energy conservation. Would definately recommend. Thank you!

Did not complete the work, did not refund the money, tried to contact via phone, text, email, & website - no response for more than 3 weeks.

It was not window repair but replacement of window screen, a short job but well done.

Fast and efficient.

They were unclear in what the process entailed. They came over to give an estimate, then gave it to me and sent the estimate via email with the need to send an electronic payment to proceed. Then they scheduled the workers to come a week in advance, and I was under the impression that they would be installing the glass given the original assessment and measurements taken, but instead it was just to dissemble and take more measurements and put the old skylight in place without waterproof sealant and instructions to keep a tarp over it until the window glass could be ordered. It took two weeks for the glass to arrive. They called and apologized and said they'd give me a 10% discount. After the job was finished, I realized that they neglected to re-insulate the entire inside of the skylight. I had to do it myself.

They did very good work. They were responsible and reliable.

Had to reschedule twice. Worker did not clean up after himself.

They came and quickly fixed a problem that several handymen had not been able to fix. Very pleased.
