Mr. Deems was a very nice man, however, he failed to meet two set deadlines on this job. He made little effort to contact us, until we called him after missing the first deadline. He failed to meet the second deadline and did call 1/2 hour before he was to be at our home, but failed to contact us when he said he would again, and again we had to call him. The work has been completed and to my knowledge, it seems to have been done well. His workmanship appears to be acceptable, but his communication with us and keeping to his promised deadlines were not.
