Had a great experience with Care Contracting. They installed a back door and slidding door for us. Awesome communication upfront and competitive pricing for good products. Communication after contract signed could have been just a bit better. Quality of installation was excellent and we would happily recommend to our friends.

From start to finish, Care Contracting was professional and provided nothing but excellent service. For the estimate and contract, we worked with Matt. He was super nice, patient and really helpful. We needed to get our window box repaired as well as a sliding glass door installed. While it took awhile to get the supplies in stock, Don was very helpful and kept me in the loop. Installation day was a breeze. Carlos and his guys did excellent work. Carlos was super professional and went above and beyond. Definitely going to work with them again in the new year to get our other doors and windows replaced.

I had a Provia door from my house going in the garage installed. They offered the lowest price and the quickest delivery time amid the pandemic backlogs. The installation was odd, with the door threshold wider than the original one. The door was protruding to the outside; I asked them to install a piece of wood in the base because, otherwise, that protrusion was going to be a tripping hazard, as the door was at the end of two steps. Later on, I found issues with gaps in the door, but they promptly came to fix them. Apart from those hiccups, I am happy with this company.

Echoing other reviews here: Care Contracting was super responsive to all of our inquiries, from the initial quote to all the changes we made after a period of postponing the project, and a really helpful call where we talked through multiple options. Felt very informed about the process/pricing, and the timline and final contract mirrored what was discussed. Crew was really nice and on time, and cleaned up really well. Really pleased with the results, doors are amazing! If we ever decide to replace additional doors we'd certainly hire them again.

Care Contracting responded to at least a dozen of my back-and-forth emails before I decided to use them for my sliding glass door project. They were super responsive and made me more than comfortable with choosing them over several other contractors. When the crew arrived, they were all wearing masks and worked very quickly to remove and replace my sliding glass door. The crew leader let me know what was happening so there was no guessing on my part as to what to expect. Not only will I use them again for future projects, I've already recommended Care to friends and family for similar projects. Lastly, A+ for how they handled the initial contactless measurement, as well as the installation during this pandemic.

Very professional, from the person who measured the door and wrote the estimate, to the installers. Had a bad experience with the first contractor (not Care Contracting) who tried to pressure me into signing a contract immediately. Not so with Care Contracting, who gave me the estimate and asked I contact them if I would like to schedule. I did, and it was quality work at a reasonable price. The crew definitely knew what they were doing, and cleaned up thoroughly. The lead foreman explained everything and they were done. I have recommended them to others.

They quoted a price that was more than $1,000 less than the estimate from another company; the other company said it would be at least 6 weeks before I could get the work done and Window Source got it done within 3 weeks and they did a great job.

Consultation was great! Didn't push products and actually honestly told us when we could do cheaper with Home Depot as that particular door didn't need to be high quality. The 2 doors we did have them replace look fantastic. Somehow the new doors make the whole area around them look new and better. They also cleaned up very well when done. (It was cleaner after then before).
