"This review is very surprising, as the customer acknowledged a great install when we were finished. Upon seeing this review, we reached out to the customer by calling 2 different numbers and by sending an email. If the windows really are drafty, it's something we need to address. Our products meet the highest standards in the industry for air infiltration and draftiness should not occur. We'd love to have the opportunity to make sure the windows are performing the way they are supposed to."
