Run away from this contractor. Mike took my deposit and has disappeared. I have been leaving voicemails for months but now his voice mailbox is full and he has yet to return my calls. I have visited his place of business twice and no one has been there. I left notes with my phone number requesting he call - no return calls. I emailed Mike from his website - no response. Work was originally suppose to start the first week of June and it is now July 6th and nothing has been done. I have now had to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. This has turned into a nightmare. Because he was suppose to replace some skylights and I have solar panels that need to be removed to complete the work. I need to schedule the solar panel company to remove them, since I had to cancel on them I was charge $500. He was also supposed to replace two doors and change them into windows since they don't have proper stairs. My home insurance has threatened to drop me if those aren't replaced. I am guessing I will need to get a lawyer before this is all over. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY

I decided to replace my windows rather than install skylights. Mike Choquet of Window Wiz replaced 15 windows for me over the course of two years. Made quick contact and gave me rough estimate over the phone. Very professional, completed work on time, and by far gave me the best price out of 5 companies. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Single New Window Installation

The window was not installed the way we discussed when we ordered it. I had to cancel the check to get him back to put the window in the way I wanted it, and then we found serious damage to the window, nail holes thru the PVC frame and razor cuts around the inside perimerter which are not repairable. I had to argue with Harvey Industries to keep the warranty on the window. We also purchased new front and side doors with new trim. I had to install the new trim because THE WINDOW "WIZ" put the old trim back on the new doors. My wife and I are totally disgusted with this person because of the lack of workmanship and the damage he did to the new

"He did not have to cancel the check but he did as soon as I left the house. Window Wiz would have and did move the window to the customers way of wanting the window installed not the normal way. Harvey allowed the warranty to be kept because nothing was wrong with the window. Window Wiz as well as all the companies we install windows for replace the existing trim."
