The installers for my project, C J, John, and Andrew, were great with the install quality, fast and professional. More than that they were friendly and patient with all of my questions. I easily trusted them in my home and they left it clean. They were all polite and respectful. They were a team that respected each other and easily worked together. This was not expected from installers but extremely welcome. The windows are super and quality. I would (and I have) recommend Window World to anyone.

Avoid this business. Other than the sales guy, they do not know what they are doing. It has been almost 6 months and no door, No calls, nothing. But, they do have my deposit. I walked into their store to get my deposit back, and they found my door the next day. Now I am sitting here one hour after the installer appointment, and no call, and no installation. The company needs new management.
