We typically meet with a new customer at their home to review the project, show them our product samples and leave them with a detailed quote. Most of our appointments take less than an hour.

The salesman was very friendly, didnt pressure us to get more than we wanted or top of the line. He was very informative every step of the way. The men installed the windows in 3 hours and they look great. I can tell a big difference temperate and sound wise with the new windows. I will definitely be using window world in the future for more windows for our home.

Contracted work is 6-8 weeks out from the date we signed the agreement, payment already taken and we're at about 4 weeks out. Zero contact from the company on anything, no windows yet and no communication. I'm sure it'll all be great when it's done, but the initial experience so far leaves something to be desired.

Sliding Door Installation
The only problem I had was that it took a long time to get the door installed. After deposit was paid it took 2 months to get the door installed. Also I had to call a couple times to check on status of when installation of door would be put in. Never heard from the salesman at all. Once we finally got the door installed it looks great. Very satisfied with the door and the installation, looks beautiful.

I had to get new windows in the basement, since one was damaged and one was missing. It took almost 2 months to get new windows installed, and this is during winter months. I had to call and e mail about the status of my windows, to finally get the install scheduled. The windows are nice, but not worth the wait

"It seems that the main points of dissatisfaction are that it took eight weeks from time of order to install, and that there was not more communication from us regarding the delay. We apologize that it took this long. Unfortunately, the fall is our busiest time of year and it is always a challenge to get all our customers installed quickly. We appreciate the feedback and are looking at ways to improve communicating our lead times with our customers."
