If you read reviews on the window world site you will only see the positive posts allowed by them not the truth. This was the worst purchase I have made since buying my home. Signed a contract on 7/19/21 for 7 windows 1 which was told to me would be a slider window. Over a year later 6 of them were installed (2 damaged) and the slider window was broken and had to be reordered. They showed up on 8/21/22 to install the last window and it was NOT was I was told would be receiving. Customer service was horrible the GM gave me some excuses and after telling him I even had a witness as to the order he refused and I ended up canceling the last window. Now I am getting the run around for getting the 2 windows that are damaged replaced. They are trying to rig my windows as a repair. Over $3000 for windows and they are wanting to give me less than satisfactory for my damaged windows. I strongly advise NOT to use window world. The saying, you get what you pay for, rings true. Make sure the contract is correct a hand shake is no longer honored.

We hired Window World to do 2 jobs. One was an asphalt shingle roof and that went well. Crew arrived when they were supposed to and completed the job within 2 weeks of signing the contract. The second job was to install new vented soffits and wrap the facia with aluminum coil as well as replacing any damaged wood and replacing the attic vents. We were told that these would take 4-6 weeks to get. We agreed. Text message after text message, e-mail and phone call inquiring about the status 8 weeks later resulted in excuse after excuse. 16 weeks into the order I told them I wanted a firm date or I was cancelling the order. Suddenly, they were able to give a date which we agreed to. Installed showed up with non-vented soffits, no coil, no wood and said they did not schedule enough time to do the work. We made arrangements with the office for a new date 4 weeks later. 4 weeks came and went and we were told the day before that no one was coming because the material had not arrived yet. At this point we asked for our 1/3 deposit back. They initially refused saying it was too late to back out. Then they would have to talk to the owner. For some reason that took 5 days. Then they sent the refund via regular mail without tracking. In summary, The roof project went well. Great crew and the work was done in a day. No issues there. Soffit/facia/vent project - I would give negative stars if I could.

Joe and the team at Window World of Delmarva did an outstanding job. They were organized, worked quickly, did a high quality job, cleaned up thoroughly and throughout the project, and made it very easy to do business with them. They were competitively priced as well. I would recommend them without reservation.

great work and great people

installing crew was great. Completed job as they said, did a great clean up of area around the home. Only one complaint, and that concerned the dumpster, which remained for three days allowing people in the neighborhood to use it to get rid of their own wase. Other wise from the sale to end or project was great.

They could not have been anymore professional and awesome. Promised it would be done in two days and finished in one! Great experience from sales to construction. Highly recommended.

They ripped off existing drian puoe which caused an emergency. I had to wait for almost 3 weeks till now and no action taken. It is waste of time and money with these people.

The price was great and they did a good job.

1. These are sales men that hire out sub contractors with laborers. 2. The workmanship was poor and it took 4 days 3. Very messy - leaving behind large amounts of debris 4. Damaged other aspects of our property - We have Tar residue on our window Our siding was trashed by the crew slamming debris off the roof Our kitchen sink was dislodged at least 1" from them slamming debris against our house. 5. They removed flashing/aluminum trim etc, crinkled it all up and then put it back up all damaged and backwards 6. Get everything in writing. After we signed the contract, the sale rep said, "well the only thing that might change the price would be if they required another dumpster" You cant change anything after everyone signs. Then of course, they had shorter dumpster delivered instead of the 40- yard specified and they needed additional. 7. A week later, I was still picking up cigarette butts, food trash and other debris 8. I made it clear that I didnt want to find any roofing nails etc all over the yard. We even removed any possible landscaping prior to roofing to assure proper clean up.. 3 weeks later, Im still out there picking up shingle pieces, the plastic wrap on the back sides and more and more nails. I rented a gigantic magnetic roller and have picked up mass amounts of nails. There are even nails left on my roog. 9. Lied to about materials - Sales rep hi-lited ;1/2 plywood: on our contract but provided 7/16" OSB board. I was very clear during phone conversations about thickness, etc. When I found out what they were using, and called - he said ;thats what we call plywood I dont trust a company that out and out lies. Other bids specified the difference in size and product. when pricing. 10. The edges of our roofline are all crooked and not straight as all. We had to contact them and have them come back to semi straighten the lines, pick up some trash, replace a few pieces of crinkled flashing. The drip edge on both sides of the house look like they used scrap pieces of drip edge rather than the minimal pieces that were there before. The sub contractor stated that just how we do it and all we had to use The over all experience from the sales pitch to the end result was terrible. The sales rep was pushy. The 3 crew men were hard workers, just not supervised to keep them on point.

Great install crew. Hard working. Long hours. Very satisfied.

Installed quickly in budget.

Finished in 1 day, cleaned up well, more than satisfied.

great price, great value, completed in one day stayed used flash lights to install last shingle and left no mess or nails on ground. yes would hire Again.

they did a great job, but they broke one of my outside lights so now I have to buy two more & have an electrician install them.

Very fast response Removed and replaced the roof on a 3 story farm hause and 2 story barn in 1 day.

Sales rep was great. Showed up on time for estimate and took time to go through all the materials and answer questions. Needed the roof replaced quickly and they came through. Installers did a professional job and cleaned up everything real well. Would recommend to others.

Jerry the salesman came to our home with the best deal out there and Rich came 3 days later and installed our roof in 1 day. I couldn't be happier!!!!

Roofers tried their best not to track up lawn, and keep site as neat as possible. There are just minor things they could of done better.

Installers did a professional job. Difficult to pin down office staff on start of project date.

Salesman did not try to pressure us to upgrade. Windows (10) were installed in one day rather than the estimated day and a half. Love the new windows!
