Showed up on time, did the work, followed up. Warehouse messed up one window size, so they securely boarded it up until new one came. Cleaned up the job site inside and out. I'd use them again...

I am overall pleased with the quality of the windows but the work crew needs to be improved and a quicker response to repairing the mistakes installing the windows should have been a lot quicker

Went by their store front to look at their windows and they were very helpful. They sent a sales representative to the house and he arrived on time. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time and finished the job on time. I LOVE THESE WINDOWS! They are everything that they said they would be! If you check out Window World on the net, make sure you check out the town you are in. Window World has been in business for years in Waco, TX and I discovered they had NO bad reviews.

I met the owner and whole family at the Waxahachie, TX store. There is no high pressure sales compared to other window companies I had out to my home. The Waco/Waxahachie folks are outstanding. The young men installing the windows are also top notch, pleasant, courteous and explained everything they were doing. We were putting vinyl siding on the house after the windows were installed and window world installers did everything my contractor requested during installation of the windows.
