Our shower installation turned out beautifully. We would like to thank Joe Gerritsen and Lisa for their reliable, punctual and professional workmanship. They paid attention to every detail and kept everything extremely clean as they were doing the installation. I am so pleased with the shower. It came out better than I anticipated. The workers Danny and Anna were excellent. They arrived on time, laid sheets down on floors for protection during remodeling, and cleaned up all work areas. Cleaner than way they came. I would highly recommend Bath Expo to anyone, Ken Smith

Brett just finished our tub to walk in shower conversion and we are thrilled. The old tub and enclosure was not senior friendly and now we have a new, beautiful, safe, walk in shower. Our installer, Brett, was fantastic. He checked with us every step of the way, understood what we wanted and was very respectful of our home. Brett, William, Rick and everyone at Bath Expo have been wonderful to work with.

Thanks to Nick and Ricky from Bath Expo for the gorgeous bathroom installation. They were so good natured and professional especially after the retro tile was so difficult to remove. We highly recommend this team!

Silviu & Brian are excellent installers! My husband and I were tired and cautious of using the tub so we decided to swap out for a much nicer, more user friendly walk-in shower that we both find much safer and more accessible. We are very happy with the final look and wouldn?t hesitate to refer others to Bath Expo! They did such a great job we also decided to get our windows done too.

Danny and Anna - Fantastic!!! Professional, personable. Answered all my questions instantly. They both were accommodating and very sweet with my toddler and dog around. Anna introduced me to an app that I can get an affordable ventilation system, which I really need to prevent mold in the shower. A surprising element: instead of recommending 3 different commercial cleaners, she recommended Vinegar and Water - a common and affordable cleaning option! Danny went above and beyond, looking at the other bathroom and giving me insights I requested- even though that wasn't why he was there. Honestly, the whole time they were working it felt more like a friend who was doing me a solid than someone we were paying to do a job. I didn't have to clean a single thing after they left, it was Showroom ready! A small thing, but big to me, Danny put up command hooks for me so our loofas don't have to sit on the floor anymore. Overall, 5/5 stars!

Bernard and Jonah did a excellent job on taking out the tub and installing the shower would recommend them to all my friends and family they were very friendly and answered all my questions

Very good from start to finish from consultation with Ryan and install by Ed, spoke with other companies and am grateful I selected Bath Expo. Everything was explained well and went to plan.

I was very pleased with the initial sales visit by Jack, the administration of the project and final product. The installation team, Danny and Ann, were very personable, efficient, skilled and listened to my concerns. They finished in one day and returned to handle a tweak in the door

Overall Bath Expo did a great job. Isaiah and Bernard were the ones who did the install. They spoke English as well, so we were able to communicate with them when needed. They did everything properly including using the painters tarp and cleanup. They managed to get it fully done in 1 day. We felt the price was appropriate for what we got done. There have been no major issues during and after install. I would reccomend Bath Expo to friends and family for sure.

Great company to work with! On time with install, and sooner booking dates than any other company I spoke to. Jack was a great PM! Bernard and Isiah were very professional during the installation. Used tarps to cover the floor from the front door to the master bathroom. Would use them again in the future!

I was impressed with the work ethic of the installers, Bernard and Isaiah. They came on time and worked late. If they took a break, then I didn't see it. They were polite and respectful. And they worked together well. And I am impressed with the completed project. It looks great, works well, and the longer it is there and the more I use the shower and sink/vanity that they installed, the more I like it.

Kudos to Ryan, he was was very friendly and wanted to please. Handled everything with the upmost professionalism. I would recommend Jeff and Joe with any installation. They were wonderful, showed up on time everyday. Protected our carpet and stuck to what they were accomplishing everyday. He kept us involved in where we would place our grab bars and everything. Very happy with them.

Bernard and Isaiah were very professional and efficient. Did a partial remodel of the guest bathroom and full remodel of the master bathroom in five and a half days.

After cleaning my recently installed new shower, I unfortunately messed up the guides for the auto door closure. I called Bath Expo of Cleveland, and they came right out and fixed the issue in minutes. No fee!! Thank you, Bath Expo!!!

I was very impressed with the team at bath expo from the walk through in the show room to the final review Our sales representative Rob was knowledgable and able to help us envision the final product. Bernard was our installer. He came in on time, started on the project immediately. We put down drop cloths to protect our floor. The project was finished in 24 hours to our delight. My family all love the new shower. It looks amazing!!

Bath Expo was so good. The communication was excellent in discussing the process of my installation of a new bathtub. They were forthright in all aspects of the installation.Joe Gerritsen and Lisa were great . Very thorough in their work and went above and beyond their respective roles. Clean up was done extremely well. Would highly recommend.

In January 2025, Bath Expo converted our tub unit to a shower unit. The shower unit was not only beautiful, but much safer for us to use. After several months, we realized we needed an additional grab bar. We contacted Paul, our very knowledgeable and professional project manager, who came to our home to discuss the addition. Paul scheduled Tommy to install the bar within a few days. Tommy's craftsmanship was excellent, and he was very respectful and personable. We feel so much safer using the grab bar to step in/out of the shower...and it looks great! Thank you to Paul, Tommy, and the entire Bath Expo staff.
