We hired Windows Direct to replace all the windows in our home. The process from start to finish was easy. The sales guy listened to our concerns and requests. He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. Both were very professional, communicated as to what they were doing and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Windows Direct to anyone researching window replacements.

Service tech did a excellent job on my windows replacement. I absolutely love them also was very pleasant and cleaned up after he was done . When I asked him do they have foot coverings He said no but he'll just take his shoes off for me which I thought was great. I most definitely would recommend to call Windows Direct for window replacements. P.S. Everyone I talked to at the home office was extremely nice including the sales rep who came to our house.

We hired Windows Direct to install 15 Windows and an entry door in our home. The project manager was the most knowlegable of all the contractors we interviewed and he seemed less like a "salesman" than the rest. Windows were delivered as promised and the crew cleaned up everything before they left. We couldn't be more pleased!
