How wonderful my most lovely windows are from Windows on Washington & their installation team was brilliant at keeping all my furnishings covered. They were on time, efficient & most polite. I highly recommend them.

Installer even fixed an issue with another company's install on different door.

Excellent service during entire process! The sales rep and person who took the final measurements were professional and informative. Becky was great with communications and scheduling. She was very understanding and patient about postponing installation since we are high risk. Joon and the installation team were prompt, courteous, meticulous, efficient, and safe. The results were great, the windows look nice and work well. We would not hesitate to use WOW in the future and highly recommend to anyone.

Very very impressed. For anyone that wants a window company that does a top notch job, sells an excellent product, and doesn't want to ever worry about any part of their window installation, this is the company to use in the DC area. For many of you, you probably started out like I did, looking for the best value, generally optimizing for price. The more and more I dug into Wow, the more I realized how horribly wrong things can go with getting the wrong type of window, choosing a mediocre manufacturer, and ending up with a subpar installation. My experience with Wow was none of these things. They sell a very high quality product, the OKNA 700s, gave me a lot of confidence they would fix any issues that arrive.for the next 20 years or more and did a picture perfect installation. From the detail on the caulking and insulation to making sure none of my drywall was damaged, I was incredibly impressed. Are they the cheapest in town? No. But they are the best. If you want to buy windows and not have to worry about the installation, quality of the windows or lifetime issues around the windows... use these guys. Hands down.

I had four sliding glass doors replaced. Most companies were pre-set on the one or two options they would sell me. Windows on Washington (Zach) took the time to measure and discovered all of my doors were a non-standard size by 4" each, which I independently verified (star 1 for WoW). Then they offered several options, to include competitive pricing on a competing bid (star 2 for WoW). Ultimately we "settled" on low maintenance 5-point locking doors with exterior keyed locks, which only WoW offered as an option (star 3 for WoW). For the installation they worked around the unusually rainy season and our schedule to get them installed. We knew we had wood rot in the old door frame, but they (Young Kim and crew) also repaired part of the housing structure at no additional cost (star 4 for WoW). Finally, they offered us 12-months with Zero percent financing (star 5 for WoW). We did have a few issues along the way, but once I communicated with WoW they (Cathy Mejia) were incredibly helpful and worked to make things right... what more could anyone ask for? I WILL BE using them again to replace the front door and a few other items on my fixer upper. I HIGHLY recommended this team!

I got 5 windows installed on the front of my townhouse. Windows on Washington were professional from the start. Greg did a great job showing me their window options and they do use excellent quality windows (I reviewed the windows online myself). The installation went very smoothly, except one of the windows came with the 8x8 grid pattern instead of 6x6; once I noticed the mistake and told the installer, he called the office right away and they ordered the correct one to have it replaced within a few minutes. One thing to note is that the whole process takes a while, since they are custom windows that have to be ordered and made. For me, it took about 2 months total from the consultation through the installation (early July to early September). Perhaps if you order in the winter, the manufacturer would be able to make the windows quicker.

We replaced all 23 windows in our town house and 3 doors, 2 of them sliding patio doors. The project was flawlessly executed- from planing to scheduling to installation.even the weather cooperated! Windows were made on time, the crew showed on time and finished ahead of schedule. They were very respectful to our requests, cleaned after themselves and explained in detail all features and how to take care of the new windows. The windows and doors are solid and good quality, we feel the difference already. We highly recommend Windows on Washington !

The crew from WoW were professional, on time, fast, and detailed. They removed, expanded and replaced one window and replaced a window with a sliding door in our home in one day. They were meticulous, paid attention to detail and cleaned up everything before leaving. I will recommend them to anyone who wants replacement windows. From the Sales person, the project manager to the customer service it was excellent service. I am pleased with the quality of their windows and doors.

Wow did a gret job We had all new windows installed about a month now. We can see, hear and feel the differance. After looking at the big box stores. The quality of windowns from WoW was much better. We did not buy the top grade windowns but think we got a good quality windown. The whole process took 8-10 weeks. We hoped it would have been quicker since we purchaced durning winter months. But install was the best over 20 windows in 1.5 days. Great job overall!!! Like for them to do my doors; next project.

From my initial consultation, scheduling and installation, WOW has been very professional. Greg on the sales team did a thorough demonstration of the product, the office kept me informed of arrival & instructions, and the installers were prompt, efficient and expedient. It was a little more than I expected to pay, but the windows are beautiful. I hope that they live up to expectations for many years.

Appears to be good quality windows from Okra. Lifetime Warranty covers labor and parts if ever needed. Installers did a great job cleaning up after installing 13 replacement windows. So far have been very happy with the purchase and installation!

Everything went so smoothly...from Zach coming to the house for the estimate to the installation team of Oscar and Julio. I couldn't have asked for a better team to have install my windows. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was happy the entire way thru. I highly recommend this company - their prices may be a little higher, but well worth it.
