I hired Terry to re side my house and we signed a contract on 09/05/17 and I gave them a deposit of $2000 and they told me they needed time to finish other jobs then the weather got cold and they said it needed to warm up, Summer is here and they still had not started the work and now they will not return my calls

We received several calls from the company saying they would give us our refund and that the check was in the mail but we have never received it.

Windows R Us in Brownsville gave my in-laws a quote to replace their roof on 8/28/17. At that time my in-laws gave Windows R Us a $500 deposit and were told the work would be completed within 3 weeks. Various phone calls were made and in October we were told that they underbid the job and could not do it for that price. So much for their " IRON CLAD Quotes" agreement. Repeatedly we have been told the refund of our $500 deposit is in the mail. To this date, 11/24/17, we have received nothing. And by the way, the Better Business Bureau of Central Pennsylvania gives this company an F rating. I feel this company totally took advantage of an elderly couple.
