John was great - worked quickly to get our gutters cleaned and took the yard waste with him! We also hired him to Powerwash our siding...it's amazing how clean he got it!

Bought the following deal a couple of years ago: $185 Complete Gutter Cleaning for Homes up to 2,000 square feet Windows R Us. Several phone calls back and forth to get him to come out to my house. Eventually came out to my house in late July. After clarifying that the work we wanted done was a gutter cleaning, he declined to perform work due to height of second floor gutters. I followed up with him to see if he could simply do first floor gutters, without reply. Just tried to get ahold of him recently again without reply. Ultimately my coupon is long expired and I am out $185.00.

Prompt, professional, friendly and courteous. They were very, very easy to communicate with for an appointment. They even had time to clean some additional areas that were not on the original scope and I feel they charged fairly for the extra work. I was completely at ease as they worked their way around my house inside and out. Additionally, they do power washing and gutter cleaning and move out cleaning. I would think they would do all of those well. I intend to call them for gutter cleaning later in the fall.

They did not do a very good job. Did not clean the stove, dishwasher, or blinds. I felt that the cleaning was incomplete for a move in and move out cleaning job.

Due to logistical issues the work was unable to be completed--no fault of the provider & my fee was refunded quickly. I would consider contacting this provider for future products.

"We never got to meet this member the service she purchased was a vacancy cleanout. Everything was done on the phone. After speaking with this member we agreed that there would be an additional charge because her father had lived there and that it might need extra attention. On the day of service when our team arrived we found out that it was going to take way more than a little attention. I called this member and she readily agreed to pay an additional fee. Our team attacked this property with all the energy and the best of cleaning chemicals we had. One team member spent eight man hours just in the kitchen alone. Three team members eight hours a total of 24 man hours to clean this property. The only person that complained was this member she never intended to pay the extra fee. We don't have many members that do this but every once in a while a dishonest bad apple shows it's self. When this happens I try with every effort to negotiate a settlement. This member had the audacity to say that if we waived the additional fee she wouldn't put a bad review in which I encouraged this member to do so that I could respond. This service as stated was done late September 2015 If this member thought she could put a review after this time and we would of forgotten she is sadly mistaken. We had since dropped this memory and moved on. In her review this member stated that members shouldn't waist their money? The only thing wasted was our time and a lack of getting paid for services rendered. It is this member that service providers should stay clear of because it is a waste of their time. Shame on this member."

John and his wife showed up on time and got right to work. They deep cleaned the kitchen including oven and refrigerator. They wiped down the high surfaces and lighting and detail cleaned in two bathrooms. They wiped down all the window ledges and surfaces that are normally overlooked including inside drawers. I was extremely happy with the work they did and would definately hire them again. <br />

John and his wife Nicole were absolutely wonderful...Our appointment did get changed a few times but only because of upcoming weather conitions...I mention this because his desire to do the job accurately rather than just getting the job done no matter what the weather was doing gave us even more reassurance that we had picked the right company...John took pictures of the clogged gutters and showed me what was the cause of the overflow and explained everything that he found...I did call other companies to get pricing but they only cleaned gutters and that's it...John and Nicole make sure the gutters are clean and all is secure...Although their pricing is a bit higher it's because they do more than just blow out the gutters it was the right choice for us and anyone looking to have piece of mind that the work has been done precisely...We've already given out a referral to them and will use them for all of our future needs... <br />

I purchased his move out cleaning special for $225, knowing that the size and condition of my house were likely much more demanding than the usual move out cleaning. Throughout the process of arranging the cleaning, discussing the actual work, sharing the condition of the refrigerators and bathrooms, and addressing some unexpected complications, John was available by phone and text, responsive and helpful. When he saw the job - large and messy - he offered to refund the money or to do the job for an additional $100, which was more than fair, and frankly what I would have expected. I agreed to the additional charge and they went to work. Because the house was being sold, I never saw the finished job but the buyer was extremely happy with the work, having seen it just before and just after, and would highly recommend them, too! I was left trusting John to be honest and to do a thorough job. My only word-to-the-wise is that the clean out special is for an EMPTY house: no furniture, people, pets, left-behinds, etc, as they will use solvents and industrial grade cleaners. <br />

I can not say enough great things about this provider and I am a tough grader! First, the professionalism of John and his team can not be raved about enough. Because of many weather challenges my services had to be rescheduled multiple times. However, John honored his price, consistently worked to accommodate the weather and my family's schedule and was in constant contact. Second, they actually did an awesome job on top of the great customer service. Sadly I do not expect to receive that type of service anymore but it is what we should always get as consumers! I was so impressed by the entire interaction from start to finish. Several of my neighbors were so impressed with the work that they instantly contracted the team as well. Highly recommend. <br />
