The window installers were very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. I haven't had any problems with drafts since. The workmanship, cost effectiveness and look of the windows are exactly what was promised.

sales rep was a nightmare. he promised things and didn't follow through. I will not recommend this company to anyone. The men who installed the windows and siding did a good job - I would recommend them in a heartbeat but not the company. In reply to my email to the company I was sent a coupon that was not honored.

Windows took 3 weeks longer to arrive than as stated at time of sale. Additional window ordered 2 days after time of sale; (due to error on our part as well as theirs)was not added to the order and wasn't even ordered until after the other windows were installed. Both Installations/deliveries limited to one particular day of week which was difficult to work around. Windows had to all be cleaned immediately after installation, fingerprints and grime all over them, and some frames had scratches, dings, and nicks out of them.
