Everything went smooth. They showed up on time (for the estimate and the install). Their estimate was the firm price. The only problem I encountered was the estimater told me that someone would call me the next day to inform me whether or not they had the glass in stock. No one called the next day so I called them two days later. She informed me that they never carried stock items but she was going to call me to schedule an installation date that day (coincidentally).

Everything worked out fine. I was unable to be home at the time they were coming, but I was able to arrange with them a "work around" and the work was completed nicely when I got back home. I simply left a check for them, and they took care of the repair. Their estimate was $150 less than the other company "Afordable glass" (seems a bit ironic doesn't it?) who came out. Also, I have chunks of wood in my woodpile with more personality than that of the person from Afordabe Glass.

It was difficult to get in touch with the office, but the phone calls were always returned. The window was ordered and put in in record time. I really apprecaited the express service and James and Julie were kind and curtious! Thanks for the service that was performed on my home.
