Write a ReviewHandled emergency water main break quickly
They were adequate... they did leave a mess after the job was **done**.
Windsor has been a great company to work with.
Extremely affordable. $4,500 to install the backflow valve preventer so my basement would stop flooding. With the city sewage water. Almost 1yr and a few months is when we purchased our home and have been dealing with the city sewage management (2-females) who were NOT nice. Windsor was extremely reasonable and wasn't trying to charge our ccx card for more money like another company had and I got that issues taken care of and couldn't afford a $15,/$22,000.00 payment. We could afford the $4,500.. Windsor is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...... HANDS DOWN, FAST, SAME DAY COMPLETION, NO MESS, nice normal hard working individuals. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!!! No more flooding in our basement!! Yippee
Everything went like clockwork. From the initial contact, accurate quote, letting you know what to expect, through to completion. Genuinely friendly folks who care about your project. They replaced the old galvanized steel water line with copper instead of plastic and were still competitively priced. My neighbor was also impressed with the speed and efficiency of the job and wanted to know who I hired for when his water line springs a leak (houses are over 50 years old). They dug a 1 foot wide by 4 feet deep trench about 100 feet in length and left the yard looking almost like it never even happened. Highly recommend them for a water service line replacement.
Good experience
Never communicated progress, always standing around, never had the right permits pulled. Very low work ethic and kept charging extra money for the project.
Windsor installed residential roof. Roof leaked after installation due to faulty installation per engineers report. Windsor refused to honor its warranties, reinstall the roof, or repair the related damage. Windsor alternated between being unresponsive or delayed in responding throughout the process.
Professional Service. Teamwork was awesome. They assessed the problem, gave Me a quote. Arrived on time at the scheduled date. There are no finer machine operators!!!. They finished within their allotted time frame. The new Water Line is great. The price is very affordable. I would definitely call them again if I need any help within their expertise.
The salesperson was absolutely stellar. He told us exactly what was wrong and what caused it, told us the pros and cons of each solution, and answered every question we had with no condescension. The work was prompt, respectful and efficient. And the cost was great. We will definitely call this company again.
