Windy City Cleaning Services

showed up on time, was in and out in one day. Great job on my floor and I do recommend this company and YES I will use them again in the future.

Seems a bit disorganized. I was only given 2 days notice for 2nd visit. The cleaner didn't know when the next visit would be, but I called Customer service and got it all straitened out. The terms should be clearly stated, and receipts for payment sent to email. That would be more reassuring to customers.

Very accommodating company

Very accommodating and efficient.

We had Dan come out. On time for appointment ,,\worked hard, did an excellent job. Will hire them for different jobs.

Quality work, extremely fair pricing, on-time arrivals, willingness to arrange services short notice with no extra fee. -- Cleaners were focused (weren't into chit chat upon meeting) and got right down to business. Erin, the owner—energetic and tenacious!—goes over and beyond to meet tight time frames and urgent requests. Short Stacks Cleaning and their ethical, hard work with some post-construction clean-up, made our lives so much easier. Thank you!

Outstanding customer relations. Great job presenting clean home for new MLS listing. Highly recommended.

The project was well executed from beginning to end. The estimate was right on target. Jake kept me well informed as to who was performing the task and when to expect their arrival. The team of three were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. The company guarantees their work.

Their friendly, reliable and the price is reasonable.

Courteous and thorough. They did an amazing job in what I thought was a difficult project.

The owner showed up early to check the place out, was very friendly and professional, workers were excellent, friendly, efficient, couldn't have went better!

An over and above performance by Lisa. Bathroom required two hours to clean, she did an excellent job scrubbing all of the mess off of the floor, walls and behind and around the toilet, plus was able to get stains out of the carpet outside of the bathroom and in my bedroom.

I had a very embarrassing cleaning needed in my bathroom. I could not believe what an excellent job Lisa did in cleaning my bathroom. I never would have been able to complete it myself. If you saw my bathroom, you wouldn't believe there ever had been a problem. Also, there were stains in my carpeting and a wicker screen. Lisa also took care of those. I was so depressed before today because I felt it wasn't possible for the clearing to be complete. I am feeling so much better because of this super job.

They are amazing. I have been running my office for 14 years, and have gone through a lot of cleaning services. Short stacks is a keeper. They do a fantatic job each and every time. They really rock.

Erin from Short Stacks did an excellent job on a one-time cleaning of cat hair and dander in my couches and carpet, which had been accumulating for many years. She also cleaned my bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms and did a wonderful job with everything. She is worth her weight in gold, and I will hire her again in the future if needed. Her prices are very reasonable and she gives 100% of her time and effort.

Hiring Short Stacks is one of the best decisions I have ever made, I think ever. Instead of spending my weekend going "Oh my god, I have to clean all this" I am looking around going "Oh my god, she cleaned all this!" The carpets and floors look better than they have in years. She even did the baseboards! Now I can spend the rest of the weekend relaxing instead of stressing out about all the stuff I have to clean. Thank you Short Stacks!

Short Stacks Cleaning Co. is excellent. Erin came and for a nominal feel cleaned the heck out of my huge 4-bed apartment in 3 hours. Extremely personable as well as extremely professional, with all the cleaning gear one would expect from a business that knows how to operate correctly. My place was immaculate when she left. I will definitely be utilizing her in the future and I'm super glad I have a cleaning service I can trust.

Flawless service! Would recommend to others.

Great services! Always on time! Always quick to repond! Great to work with.
