Phillip Wingert was very timely, wasted no time in getting project completed. Some skills better than others. Drywall repair was outstanding, painting was good(could be helpers), general construction overall was very good. Excellent siding skills and roof repairs. Once he was considered the apparent low bidder, I requested he come back to review the work to make sure that he had covered all items requested to be done. Used items supplied by me in lieu of purchasing materials, ie: paint, motar, siding and wood. Additional work was done above and beyond initial contract which resulted in less than $300. in additional costs.
