Last spring I had the misfortune of contacting Austin Winkler to replace and upgrade our home heat pump with what was supposed to be the latest Bosch equipment. It?s been a never ending nightmare experience. Tech put his foot through our ceiling, it took Austin?s guy 4-5 weeks to patch ceiling and then do a sloppy paint job, then in June or so we got a flood because the pvc drain pipe just happened to break. Austin?s response- we just swap out units. Last week, I turned on the heat and whole upstairs was filled with toxic fumes. You might say that?s just the heating element burning off dust, it?s a heat pump and that element is only supposed to come on when it gets real cold. I have to now try to find a ?competent hvac installer. Pictures are of installation and after affects, you can add captions, Btw I escalated all this and other concerns to Bosch and they will not take customer calls, you have to go through hvac contractor, so don?t go with Bosch either

Austin Winkler is professional, prompt, knowledgeable and budget conscious. He confirmed all the work to be done in advance. He asked questions to ensure the work was completed as expected. Austin cleaned up all the work areas when done. The price was very good value.

They called right away and arrived as soon as they could. It only took them a couple of minutes to see what was wrong with the heater. They ordered the part and were here first thing Monday morning to replace the bad part. Very honest and gave us a very fair price to do the repair. I highly recommend this company! The crew he brought into my home were tidy, professional, polite and worked hard the entire time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Austin and his team are very professional and friendly, they arrived on time, cleaned up while they worked and kept us updated on the progress of their work the entire time. We brought them in to look at a number of electrical issues we were having, installed two lights and bleed out our radiators as well as trouble-shooting as to why two weren't working. Have plans to bring them in again for more fixture hanging and outdoor lighting. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed with their quality of work!

Very professional. Very neat. Talked to me throughout the whole process asking my opinion making sure I understood where the recessed light were going and the layout. I will definitely be using these guys again. Bonus for me they do HVAC which I know I m going to need within the next year.

Austin and his assistant did a beautiful job replacing a meter base, exterior wiring, adding a shutoff breaker and updating several outlets to code. He is a perfectionist who gets the job done right and an honest, sincere young man. I would definitely hire him again in the future.
