Joe was the absolute best home inspector that we could have found. We were more thank lucky to have come across him. Not only was he one of the most reasonably priced inspectors in the area, but he was also OUTSTANDINGLY thorough and extremely accommodating. Even our realtor said that it was one of the most detailed reports he had seen. He was very understanding during these chaotic times and was more than willing to work with us whenever snags came up. He was always available for questions and concerns, whether that be by email, text, or phone call. Our place just so happened to be prewired for a security system and he even went so far as to arrange contact with the security company with an impressive deal for our benefit. Joe was just amazing and will always be our first choice and our first recommendation.
