Winkleman Home Inspections, was founded by Ed Winkleman. It was after closely observing his own home inspections, that Ed sought an opportunity that would not only allow him to use the knowledge and skills he acquired previously, but would expand his experience and interest into the housing industry. Prior to the conception of Winkleman Home Inspections LLC, Ed worked at a well-known Home Improvement store, as a Merchandising Store Manager. Given his vast background of work, service, product know-how, construction, contracting, design and Do-It-Yourself experience, Ed desired to share his knowledge with others and explore alternative avenues. Winkleman Home Inspections offers General, Energy, Radon and Termite (WDI) Inspection capabilities. As a member to the Columbus Board of Realtors and NACHI, Ed's motto is the following. " Your Interest Becomes My Interest! ".

Complete Home Inspection
Ed is a diamond in the rough. We see him as more of a partner, rather than a simple inspector or contractor. He consistently shows his years of expertise in inspecting properties as well as conveying that knowledge to clients. I have sent multiple clients to Ed, and continue to have our expectations exceeded. This was the first time I ever had to hire someone for a home inspection. Ed did a wonderful job walking me through the process prior to hiring him and his customer service throughout the whole process was superb! His work ethics and integrity is very evident and I am so happy I selected him for the job. His price is fair, and his reports are very detailed with pictures so you know exactly what he's talking about. He really won me over by just being human and relating to my situation. No candy talk. His level of professionalism speaks volumes. I'd hire him again if I had to.

Ed was very professional and explained everything he did as he was doing it. He made both my husband and I very comfortable and at ease with the whole process, and was so nice and willing to answer any questions that I had (and I had a lot!).
