Matthiew was efficient, honest clean, explained everything as he was performing the work, I made a call, scheduled for the next day he showed up as promised, did what he said he was going to do, provided estimate for repair and didn't try to up sale, all in all great all the way. definitely will continue to use this company for appliance repairs. thank you so much very professional.

Due to an analysis from previous technician who said my fridge needed a compressor, seal kit and heat exchanger (major labor and parts cost), i was prepared for high bill. This tech came in and performed simple pressure checks, made some adjustments and Voila! Fridge works perfectly. These guys know their work.

I wasn't aware that this could be a service, rather than a repair call - the service call was more reasonable. He was courteous pleasant and on time. My oven looks back to almost new. Thanks!

Matthew was my technician. He arrived at the time he said he would and got right to work. Very professional and courteous. Kept the work area clean and took care to keep my wooden kitchen floor dry. I was lucky to meet Matthew, my service tech. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He found my problem quickly and corrected it and showed me how to avoid the problem in the future. If I have any other repairs needed. I won't hesitate to call again.

I had a problem with the freezer,, which was supposedly fixed by another repairman. However, not only did the "fix" not solve the problem, it made it worse. WS Appliance Repair identified the problem almost immediately, obtained the parts and fixed it. It will take a while to see how well the job was done, since it was a frost issue. However, it appears, after 5 days, that it has been.

I called Matthew and Michael to let them know how scared I was to repeat a 2nd attempt with another companies install of a 2nd wash machine, due to first one being damaged. They reassured me that they would be on stand by in case I needed them, and of course I did. The other company did not understand how to correctly follow the guidelines of the install and Matthew was there to take over. He even helped me put my closet doors to laundry room back on and made sure they were properly put back correctly so it did not interfere with opening washer and dryer doors. Great and Empathetic People!!! I do not know the last time I had been treated that well and honestly by any stranger, let alone a company. I highly recommend them and could not be more grateful for the compassion they had for my situation with the bad experience I had with the company that incorrectly installed my wash machine.
