Keith was very nice, prompt, responsive, and professional. I would hire him again. The only thing is, if you have Samsung refrigerator, give him your model #. He had never worked on my model, so it took longer I think than normal. But, he gained a lot of experience on it 😉

Love the fact it is a small owned business. Keith scheduled to come out but ended up running late. He stayed in constant contact with me and was very apologetic. He was extremely knowledgeable and within a few questions knew what was wrong with my washing machine before even looking at it. He stopped for the part on the way here and once here had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable, clean, and nice. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!
