    Very efficient and courteous

    They came promptly and were very courteous. However, they were extremely expensive for the time they spent doing the work. I paid $170 to change a faucet washer and replace two toilet tank flappers.

    The service rep was at my house less than 20 minutes.. said could not find any problem with the system then charged me $125. I called them back and insisted they try again. The second trip low and behold they identified the problem in less than 15 minutes, disconnected an electrical part that was causing the problem (did not repair or replace the part) and then charged me for another trip at an additional $95. My total out of pocket expense was $215 only to have them find an electric valve malfunctioning on my downstairs zone and then unhook the zone valve. I now have no heat downstairs but my system isn't running constantly which was my original complaint. I would NOT recommend this company EVER. I thought plumbing companies were a rip off.. these guys are even worse.

    Response from Company:

    1st call was on 3/3/15 customer said his boiler would not cut off. 1-Found limit control on boiler set at 200 degrees (cut limit back to 180 degrees). 2-Found air in heating lines (,system in need of venting and 1 air vent in need of replacing.) 3-Found boiler in bad need of cleaning and servicing. (Customer did not want to make repairs) 2nd call was on 3/13/15 - 10 days later Checked boiler found the downstairs zone valve bad. (Customer refused to have this repaired also)
