I reviewed this right after the work was FINALLY completed. I gave them a 3.5 because, in spite of problems, I thought the job was finally done correctly. Today I came home to see the self-closing gate was not closed after the pool man was here. It is imperative that this gate close since we have a pool in the back. I reiterated this to Nick several times. I am disappointed with this company.

"At completion of the project and in the presence of the client (Bonnie) the gate was tested numerous times and each and every time the gate closed to the satisfaction of the client. We cannot be held responsible for the ineptitude of other people I.e the pool person not making sure that the gate actually closed behind him/her when they left"

We had an associate of the owner come out to tell us what he thought would work for our space. Whatever was specified during this initial meeting was not what was actually done. He also installed a lock that didn't lock, and the knob was wobbly almost coming out of its' hole. When I called the owner, Duane to let him know, he was extremely rude and defensive. I was not trying to insult anyone's work, I just wanted the job to be done well and as specified. Then when his associate did come back (after having to argue with the owner), he purchased fence material that wasn't exactly perfect for our space but would work (which really isn't professional in my opinion) and then charged us for the new material that was his mistake to begin with (and still wasn't exactly correct). When we asked for an initial quote, we wanted things to be itemized. We definitely were overcharged. I would look elsewhere for fencing and security gate installs/repairs, not just because of the poor quality of work, but for the professionalism of the owner and his associate. I didn't deserve to be talked to the way that the owner did. As a customer, you should always try to keep us happy, rather than argue with us and be defensive of a job that clearly wasn't done well or complete.If I acted that way and performed a job like they did, I wouldn't have a job.

"It is apparent that this couple has a communication issue, because the work was Agreed to, Paid for and approved by . (consumer name withheld per their request) (Boyfriend). There was a contract that was signed by . (consumer name withheld per their request) and an itemized break down was discussed. Michelle was never around during the project. We even agreed to return and address her concerns with regards to the work that was completed. We returned and addressed her concerns and . (consumer name withheld per their request) once again approved the final product. Michelle again was not around. As for her accusations with regards to my professionalism and or argumentive demeanor, I was not argumentive or defensive that is not me, as can be seen by my other reviews"

Duane said what he was going to do and did what he said. He was prompt, honest, and the yard looked great! I had my yard cleaned up from massive weeds and fallen leaves. I will def use his service again!

Duane was extremely fast in responding to my email. We met shortly after speaking and he was more than reasonable with his price. Once the work was done I couldn't have been happier! I would definitely recommend him and his crew to anyone who would listen!

Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall were very easy and cordial to work with. Duane was most helpful as we went over the yard, section by section, pointing out suggestions of what they could do and was very communicative as the project approached and even during the project if there was a question about anything. With my wife and I expecting or first child, yard had begun to "get away" from me and Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall was able to get the yard back "under control" and looking quite clean and nice. Thanks guys!

We hired them on 9/9/07 to put in some sprinklers in our backyard and tile our patio. Today is 11/8 and to date, we have had nothing but excuses, no shows, more than $1,000 in un-authorized receipts, lackadaisical performance, very little to no communication despite our being patient, paying them promptly and being as understanding as possible. We understand that the fires happened but they continue to either not show up, or show up at 4pm or later when it's dark by 5 and get very little done. We have had to keep our cats inside our house, not use our patios, put all our furniture outside, which is making our house a mess!

"When we were hired we agreed to do Fall Clean up as was requested. This was completed in a timely manner which was not mentioned. All other projects were completed but because husband and wife could not decide as to how things were to be completed and the only time they were around together was around 4pm. We communicated constantly with husband who agreed to receipts."
