I couldn t be more pleased with the end result of this project. The covered front porch dramatically impacted the curb appeal of our beach home. I had to update my previous review as it didn t come across with 5 stars (fat thumbs) which was completely unacceptable. 5++ I wish I could add Pics to this review

Mark Winterling is a true Professional. His guys showed up on time, did a Fantastic build and cleaned up at the completion of the Job. It was done on time, within budget and He delivered exactly what we contracted to do. I highly Recommend Winterling Construction and am very happy with their service.

Mark was outstand in handling are new porch on are Beach house. He kept me up dated and sent pitcher as different parts of the construction was completed. He handle all the inspections with Sussex County and Ocean View. Review by Gary Ocean View Ogre Dr.

Mark was very easy to work with. Provided us pictures throughout the process and they even added some detail work above and beyond what we had contracted for.

Let me first state that the work and craftsmanship for our new room is exceptional. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. They took our screened-in porch and extended it 11 feet. While extending the roof line for the 11 feet, they noticed that our main roof needed new shingles as well, so we put the porch on hold, while they added the new shingles to our entire roof. The new ROOM is now complete, and we just love it. About the crew, they were always on time, very courteous and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They were a delight to be around and we sort of adopted them into our family. Mark and his staff come highly recommended. Mark and his crew began the construction on Aug 26th and everything was completed on Oct 4th. It only took 4 days to complete a new roof for our house and there were 12 weekend days, and 3 weather days, so the whole project was completed in 25 work days.

Mark and his staff have done two projects for us - installation of beadboard ceilings and installation of TREX decking. Both jobs were completed in excellent fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Winterling Construction. They do great work in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.
