They were on time, polite and cleaned up everything nicely. My only concern is that I saw pieces of shingles in the snow around the house and garage and I am wondering how much more of that I will find when all the snow melts. We have 40 year shingles and they are only 19 years old. We had our roof inspected last summer and 2 companies assured us our shingles were in good condition. That leaves me wondering if the loss of shingle pieces was caused by the snow or the snow removal process? We did not feel safe to climb a ladder to inspect the roof before or after they left our property because of ice/snow on the ground.

Good communication, Prompt, courteous and made me feel like I mattered. They were well prepared for any unforeseable things. They let me know anything that possibly could go wrong and they are a well trusted family. I wont go with anybody else.
