Excellent experience all around! I had an appointment time almost immediately and for just a few days later. Justin was right on time and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in fixing my printer and internet problems. Best of all, he carefully walked me through everything he did since I am really quite unknowledgeable about most things "computer." I'll call Justin again in a heartbeat!
