I had thought after Josh's first visit that I finally found the alarm company that is able to do the necessary repair to my 40 year old hard wired system. I had him out 2 more times after the 1st visit. He changed the contacts on zone 6, all seemed well. Then zone 6 acted up again, he corrected that. Now zone 3 started acting up, so I called Josh again. He seemed hesitant on the phone this time, saying something about the wires or something. Anyway it has been a couple of months now or longer, that is the last I heard from Josh. So no, I cannot recommend Josh or his company WIRED ALARM &; PROTECTION.

Josh is great to work with. Very responsive and he approaches jobs the way he would if it was his own property.

Josh, Answered our request promptly and was able to meet our short schedule due to my overseas departure. He was professional and expeditious in fulfilling the job scope. He finished the job in the time frame and cost estimated. If you have cameras or alarm system to install, Wired Alarm & Surveillance Protection, Inc. is the company to call. Josh is not only the owner but the one doing th work.

Wired Alarm was wondeful. The prices were reasonable. Their service was very good. The installation was neat and clean. I don't think I could have found anyone better to do the job.
